We’re recruiting support workers to join our team who are based in our Ofsted Registered Children’s home in Swindon, which supports children and young people aged between 8‑18 years old. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something rewarding!
As a member of the team, you will assist with the running of the home and supporting our children and young people in their every day activities. You’ll also be part of the team’s 7‑day a week rota system, which includes sleep‑ins.
Our Requirements (E: Essential and D: Desirable)- Over the age of 21 (E)
- The right to work in the UK (E) (unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship)
- Ability to travel and hold a clean driving license (E)
- Have use of vehicle with business insurance (E)
- Have gained or are working towards a diploma or QCF Level 3 in Healthcare or you are able to demonstrate skills and experience in this field of work. (D)
