Locum Clinical Pharmacist – Swindon (Prescriber)

£28.00 - £40.00 per hour | Start ASAP | Ongoing Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Locum Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber to join a friendly and supportive GP surgery in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking for a flexible, ongoing position with the chance to make a real difference in patient care.

Role Requirements:

Independent Prescriber – Essential

UK Experience In a Similar Role – Essential

GP surgery experience – Highly desirable

Experience with long-term condition management and diabetic reviews

Familiarity with Systm One – Desirable but not essential

You’ll be working alongside a supportive clinical team, conducting medication reviews, managing long-term conditions including diabetes, and helping improve patient outcomes.
