Job Title: Quality Control Analyst I (Entry-Level) – Immunology Lab
Location: Swiftwater, PA - fully onsite
Shift: 1st Shift 8am-4:30pm
Contract Length: 9 Month
Sanofi’s contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a Quality Control Analyst I for a 9-month contract in the Quality Control Immunology Laboratory. This entry‑level role supports routine laboratory testing while strictly adhering to site work instructions, federal regulations, cGMP, and Sanofi policies.
This position is critical to supporting production, method validation, and stability programs, while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine QC testing of raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products according to SOPs.
- Support laboratory testing for product release, stability programs, and validation studies.
- Assist in the development and improvement of laboratory test methods.
- Conduct data review and preliminary evaluation of results.
- Troubleshoot testing issues using limited predetermined options (e.g., repeating assays when parameters are not met).
- Provide input to technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to the completion of routine laboratory tasks under close supervision.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members in a fast‑paced, critical work environment.
- 0–3 years of laboratory experience (entry‑level candidates encouraged)
- Hands‑on laboratory experience, including:
- Pipetting techniques
- Agarose gel electrophoresis
- General laboratory testing
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, critical laboratory environment
- Works well in a team/group setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
- Experience with Excel for data tracking and documentation
- Familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
- Any additional laboratory experience, demonstrating technical competence and adaptability
- Fully onsite laboratory role
- Fast‑paced, collaborative environment supporting critical laboratory operations
- Close supervision with opportunities to develop laboratory skills and experience in QC
