Biological Manufacturing Technician

** Shift:
** 1st shift - 6am-2:30pm

** Job Summary*
* The Biological Manufacturing Technician performs manufacturing and production activities within the Biological Service Area (BSA) in alignment with business needs, production volume, and cGMP standards. This role supports sampling, documentation, inventory control, equipment readiness, and quality processes to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform production activities according to established procedures and cGMP requirements

+ Complete sampling, environmental monitoring, water sampling, and required documentation

+ Execute process orders and bin-to-bin inventory movements accurately in SAP

+ Participate in inventory management activities including cycle counts and material control

+ Maintain accurate quality documentation such as batch records and logbooks

+ Support deviation investigations and corrective actions when applicable

+ Assist with writing and editing procedures under supervision

+ Prepare and maintain process areas before and after production runs

+ Communicate operational issues and improvement ideas to leadership

+ Collaborate with technicians, leads, and management to support efficient operations

+ Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

** Requirements*
* +  
** 3 to 6 years
** of relevant manufacturing or regulated production experience

+ Working knowledge of cGMP and regulatory standards

+ Strong documentation skills and attention to detail

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

+ Computer proficiency and comprehension skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Strong communication and time management skills

+ Adaptability in a fast-paced production environment

+ Self-motivated with commitment to ongoing training

** Physical & Work Environment*
* + Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift

+ Ability to lift 30+ pounds

+ Work involves production of active biological materials; required vaccinations include Flu.

+ Strict gowning and hygiene standards apply

+ No jewelry, makeup, scents, artificial nails, or nail polish

+ PPE may include sterile scrubs, hairnets, beard covers, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and Tyvek suits

** Pay Details:**  $25.00 per hour
