The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care across Medical‑Surgical and Emergency Department settings based on departmental needs. This flexible role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to deliver safe, efficient care in both acute and emergency environments.

• Provide direct patient care in both Med‑Surg and Emergency Room settings
• Perform patient assessments, triage, treatment, and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Communicate effectively with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Float between units as required by operational needs
• Uphold patient safety, infection control, and organizational policies

• Rotating schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Flexibility required to support both Med‑Surg and ER coverage

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active RN license in good standing (state of practice)
• Minimum 2 years recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Team‑oriented with a high level of professionalism and accountability

• BLS / BCLS (required)
• ACLS (required)
• PALS (required)
• TNCC required within one year of hire

• Must maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
• Expected to collaborate with staff across all levels of the organization
• Orientation and unit‑specific training provided
