You must have an active Texas RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program. At least two years of recent intensive care unit (ICU) experience is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are necessary.

Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is helpful. Strong skills in patient assessment, critical thinking, and adapting to fast-paced environments are essential
