AVIR AT SWEETWATER, a small, charming skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy program. We serve a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions and are looking for a clinician who loves to create and implement programs to address these conditions. Our facility provides excellent nursing care and strong support, with opportunities to build a program you can be proud of.

• Deliver physical therapy support as part of the in-house therapy program.
