Job Location: In-Person, $18–$26.65/Hour (Based on Experience & 10% Shift Differential), 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings, Training on 1st Shift, Overtime Opportunities

Our client is a precision manufacturing company supporting regulated industries, and they want you to join their team as a Quality Control Inspector & Packager
.

Available Schedules:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday; 3:00pm-11:30pm
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday; 11:00pm-7:00am

Training for either schedule will be on 1st Shift, Monday-Friday; 6:45am-3:15pm (for 30-90 days)

Your day-to-day as a Quality Control Inspector & Packager:

• Perform final inspection and packaging of precision medical components prior to shipment
• Read and interpret route cards, blueprints, and specifications to ensure product conformance
• Wash, dry, inspect, buff, and deburr finished products to meet quality standards
• Conduct lot sampling and visual inspections using a variety of precision measuring tools
• Package, label, and place finished products into correct inventory locations while completing required documentation

Your skills and experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math including fractions, decimals, metrics, and conversions
• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
• Basic computer skills with the ability to enter data and retrieve certifications and files
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a team-based, continuous improvement environment
