Job Location: In-Person, $18-$32.05/Hour (Depending on Experience & Shift), 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, Excellent Benefits

Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization, and they want you to join their team as a CNC Machine Operator
.

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual and CNC grinding equipment
• Run production using existing CNC programs and make basic adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances
• Monitor part conformance and adjust equipment based on blueprints and work instructions
• Maintain production and quality standards, including rework when required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math (fractions, decimals, metrics)
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data
