Hugely Successful AI Driven Medtech based in London, are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer.

• Build and maintain core platform services across the full stack — Node.js/Type Script and PHP on the backend, React on the frontend
• Lead the migration from a monolithic PHP system to a modern, service-based architecture designed for scale and flexibility
• Shape technical direction — you'll influence architecture decisions, set coding standards, and review designs across the team
• Work alongside top-tier engineers and business stakeholders where your work directly drives profitability and operational performance
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in a fast-moving environment where shipping matters
• Mentor teammates and raise the bar for engineering quality across the team
• Deep hands-on experience with Node.js, Type Script, and PHP — you don't just use them, you understand them
• Proven ability to build full-stack applications with React and ship them into production
• A systems-thinking mindset — you see how individual components fit into the bigger picture and design accordingly
• Confidence to defend your architectural decisions, and the humility to change course when someone has a better idea
