Parts Sales Manager required for Automotive parts factor located in Swansea.

The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £32000.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00/8:30am-5:00pm/5:30pm, with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30pmSpecification:

A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Strong Interpersonal Skills Responsibilities:

Lead a sales team with both counter and Telesales experience.
Responsible for finding new business and managing frequent accounts.
Develop strong customer relationships with a focus on winning sales, increasing margins, and delivering excellent service within the branch.
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring proactive engagement with customers.
Collaborate with all areas of the branch to make sure customer requirements are fully met.
Complete all callbacks promptly and efficiently.
Work closely with internal teams across the business to build product knowledge and stay ahead of customer needs.
Use business data effectively to identify opportunities across different customer groups and product categories.
