Retail Sales Assistants needed for successful London based retail company.

You will provide excellent service to customers, handling any returns and refunds with professionalism. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in finding the perfect fit for our products, ensuring a great shopping experience
• Introducing customers to the brand, sharing our story, and highlighting the quality of our products
• Stock Management: unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, and arranging displays to ensure the store is well‑presented
• Store Maintenance: keeping the store clean and tidy, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers

You will have some experience in a similar role. You will also have:

• Great customer service skills
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
• Great organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
