Production Team Leader

Overview

NO weekends. Know where you stand with a two-shift rota. This schedule consists of a week of days from Monday to Friday (6 am-2 pm), followed by a week of nights from Sunday to Thursday (10 pm-6 am).

• £33,375 (including shift allowance)
• Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

As the Production Team Leader, you will take on a hands-on production and supervisory role. You will spend roughly 80% of your time on production duties and the other 20% focused on leading a small team. You are responsible for monitoring KPIs and escalating issues to the supervisor. It is the perfect blend of leading from the front and overseeing team performance.

• To succeed as the Production Team Leader, you need experience leading teams while performing a hands-on production role.
• Reporting experience including health and safety near misses, safety observations, and manufacturing output communication.
• Experience with 5S audits and maintaining housekeeping standards is preferred.
