Regional Manager – Wales

Drive Low-Carbon Growth Across Wales

We’re looking for an experienced industry professional to lead regional activity across Wales from winning new work to delivering major renewable energy and decarbonisation projects. This is a key leadership role within a well-known & rapidly growing UK energy infrastructure company, renowned for designing, building and operating low-carbon systems that help public and private-sector clients achieve net-zero goals.

The Role

* Lead all regional business development and operational activity

* Oversee the full project lifecycle — tender, design, construction, O&M

* Deliver sales, margin, cash and performance targets

* Build strong, long-lasting client relationships

* Identify innovative, efficient solutions for project delivery

* Manage multidisciplinary teams and drive high-performing collaboration

* Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, safety and documentation requirements

About You

* Proven background delivering high-value or complex infrastructure/energy projects

* Strong commercial awareness with excellent leadership skills

* Experienced in managing Principal Contractor duties and multiple subcontractors

* Confident communicator able to build partnerships and resolve challenges early
