A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Supervisor to join a highly regarded national conveyancing firm as they continue to expand into Swansea. This is a newly created, non-fee earning position offering the chance to take on a key leadership role within a growing office.

As Conveyancing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of three conveyancers, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You'll act as the main point of contact for escalated queries, ensuring files progress efficiently and in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Supervising a team of three conveyancers, providing coaching and day-to-day management
• Overseeing file progression to ensure deadlines and compliance standards are met
• Acting as a point of escalation for complex or technical matters
• Conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and identifying training needs
• Supporting the implementation of process improvements and best practices
• Liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience

• Extensive experience within residential conveyancing, ideally at senior conveyancer or team leader level
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage workloads, motivate a team, and maintain high service standards
• A proactive and supportive approach to developing staff
