Block Manager Swansea
Salary: Up to £30,000

Responsibilities- Day to day management of residential apartment blocks
- Regular communication with leaseholders and directors
- Organising maintenance works and contractor attendance
- Assisting with service charge budgets and financial reporting
- Carrying out site inspections and reporting findings
- Ensuring properties remain compliant and well maintained
- Experience in block or residential property management
