After an initial training period of approximately 2 months in Luxembourg, you will be responsible for the installation, start‑up, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of our hot runners and controllers at our customers’ facilities located in Ireland and the UK. You will have direct customer contact to support different service cases by phone, email and/or on site. Regular reporting within our service documentation tool will be part of your daily work.

You will operate from a home office, ideally around Dublin. This position is an entry position with opportunities for growth throughout the company. It offers great challenges, has an impact on the final business result and growth, and is a unique opportunity to combine technology and interpersonal contacts.

• 80% travel mainly across Ireland and the UK as well as other European countries.
• Responsible for setting up, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing Hot Runners and Controllers.
• Develop and maintain good customer relations.
• Provide maintenance and product training to customers.
• Provide regular and effective written reports to the service coordinator.
• Promote aftermarket paid activities: spares, refurbishments, etc.

• Technical qualification as Technician.
• Experience, ideally 2+ years, with injection molding maintenance (molds and hot runners) preferred.
• A certificate of successful training working on high‑voltage installation would be considered an asset.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems systematically.
• Fluency in English.
