As a Scheme Cleaner you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our multi-occupancy schemes. You will be responsible for ensuring communal areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for all tenants, helping to create a positive living environment.

• Clean shared spaces across the scheme.
• Manage refuse and recycling areas.
• Monitor site standards and report maintenance issues to the Reactive Maintenance Team.
• Act as a key point of contact on site and signpost tenants to appropriate officers for non‑maintenance queries.

• Proactive and reliable with the ability to work independently.
• Experience managing cleaning supplies directly with suppliers.
• Consistently uphold health and safety standards.
• Complete relevant training and follow organisational policies.
• Demonstrate Beacons values in all aspects of work.
