This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.

Multiple roles available.

Department: Warehousing

Location: Swansea

Shift Pattern: We are recruiting operatives to work 18:00 to 22:00 on a shift pattern that is Monday to Friday.

Rates of Pay: We offer pay of £12.54 per hour. Additional overtime is available.

As a warehouse colleague you will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for carrying out essential roles that will keep the supply of healthcare products to those who need it across the UK going.

• Picking and packing orders on the manual picking belt
• Picking in the medical bulk area
• Picking in the fridge area (attracts a premium)
• Picking in secure areas
• Carrying out roles within transport and routing completed orders to their final destination
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assuring the in‑time delivery of possible life‑saving products

• You will have previous experience of working in a warehouse environment Ability to work in a tidy and methodical manner.
• You should be flexible and adaptable on your approach to your work and tasks and embarking them with a positive attitude.
• You will have the ability to communicate effectively with all team members and have intermediate numeracy and literacy skills.
• Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time as well as bending and lifting in line with Health and Safety Regulations.
