HGV Technician

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, a leading Commercial Vehicle Dealership, based in the Swansea area.

The salary for this HGV Technician role will be negotiable pending experience, plus a performance-related bonus scheme, overtime and access to a call-out rota.

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Rotating early/late shift rota with Week One: 6:00am–2:30pm and Week Two: 2:00pm–10:30pm. 1-in-2 Saturdays, 6:00am-12:00pm, paid as overtime. Typical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:

Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
Completion of MOT preparation

Requirements:

Previous working experience within the role
Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Excellent mechanical knowledge
A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
