They are looking to recruit a Head of Real Estate Swansea / /Partner for their new Swansea office. The Real Estate team advises on a wide range of matters, including investment, development, asset management, and financing. The team works with a diverse client base, including landowners, developers, property management companies, corporate occupiers, and banks/lenders/funds.
The firm is in the process of growing a new Swansea office and is seeking a senior real estate lawyer (partner) to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
