We are building EdTech Hub, a global ecosystem designed to empower startups, foster collaboration, and strengthen innovation across the education sector worldwide. Through our Go‑Together Accelerator Programme, we support EdTech founders in turning their vision into reality through tailored coaching and strategic support. Guided by our proprietary Navigator methodology, we create structured and efficient pathways to success for education innovators.

Over the next decade, our ambition is to accelerate more than 5,000 EdTech startups globally.

The EdTech Hub IT Team powers the digital foundation of our ecosystem. We design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable technology infrastructure that enables startups, partners, and stakeholders to collaborate seamlessly. From platform development and data management to cybersecurity and system optimisation, our team ensures that innovation is supported by strong and future‑ready technology. By combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of the EdTech landscape, we help create an environment where startups can focus on growth while we take care of the technology that drives it.

We're designing a platform where five completely different user groups — startup founders, expert consultants, coaches, PMs, and admins — each have the best possible experience. Our challenge: turn complex business processes into UIs anyone can understand in 5 seconds.

Design the complete UX for 5 portals and EdTech Hub. From Information Architecture to wireframes, prototypes, and a Design System — deliver production‑ready artifacts developers can implement directly. Start part‑time with the option to convert full‑time.

• Define five user personas and design user flows
• Collaborate with PM on screen structure and navigation
• Create Lo‑Fi/Hi‑Fi wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Establish Design System — color, typography, icons, spacing
• Design screens per portal, responsive layouts, and data visualization UIs
• Hand off to frontend developers and QA implementation fidelity

• UI/UX design experience
• Proficient with prototyping tools
• Designing B2B SaaS / Admin / platform UIs
• Complex workflow/form UI design
• Design System creation
• Design‑to‑frontend handoff experience
• Business‑level English fluency required — daily collaboration with a global team
