Security Consultant - IT​/OT GRC

Are you an experienced IT/OT Security Consultant ready to lead client engagements and shape secure industrial architectures?

We’re looking for a Security Consultant to drive project delivery and advisory services across critical infrastructure environments. This is a client-facing role combining workshop facilitation, architecture design, governance alignment, and delivery oversight.

You’ll work across complex IT/OT estates, helping organisations strengthen resilience and align to leading regulatory and industry standards.

🔍 You will lead discovery, design, and delivery activities across projects aligned to:

• IEC 62443 system requirements
• NIS / NIS2
• NCSC CAF
• IEC 61850

This role is ideal for someone who has progressed from hands-on engineering into client-facing design and advisory, and is comfortable owning deliverables end-to-end.

• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and risk reviews
• Produce HLD/LLD documentation, migration strategies, and cutover plans
• Define monitoring, telemetry, and visibility requirements
• Translate regulatory obligations into practical security architectures

• Guide delivery teams and enforce quality gates
• Drive remediation closure and measurable risk reduction
• Ensure knowledge transfer and sustainable operational outcomes

• Lead remote design reviews and stakeholder briefings
• Provide clear status updates, risks, and decision point
• Experience across security engineering and client-facing consultancy
• Strong background in IT/OT or critical infrastructure environments
• Experience leading workshops and producing secure architectures
• Confident communicator with executive-level presence
• Able to work autonomously in a fully remote UK role
