Sitting in the heart of the Copr Bay development, Swansea Building Society Arena is a landmark 3,500 capacity multi-purpose indoor arena which opened its doors in March 2022. Hosting some of the most recognised names in live music, comedy and theatre, the fully-modular arena also hosts e-sports, conferences and events.

An exciting opportunity to join the Food & Beverage team, reporting to the Head of Venue Operations, you will be responsible for managing the venue kitchen, food kiosks during performances, and catering for conferences and events. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing all the in-house kitchen team. This post is responsible for the effective management of the Kitchen and Food Service within the Arena.

You will ensure service standards are high, control systems are adhered to and place a high priority on food safety and revenue generation.
