We are looking for a passionate and motivated Service Coordinator to join our mental health supported living services in the Swansea area.

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll help ensure high‑quality, psychologically informed support is delivered to individuals in our services, while working closely with our teams to create positive, safe and thriving environments.

Full-time, 35 hours per week, Permanent

Thursday 26th February 2026 About The Role As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination of supported living services for adults with mental health needs.
Provide leadership through supervision, staff development, and people management.
Promote a culture that reflects kindness, trust, innovation and accountability.
Contribute to rotas, risk assessments, recruitment, training and health & safety.
Ensure services meet and exceed requirements.
About You You will be enthusiastic, compassionate and committed to delivering high‑quality support.
You bring:
Experience working within mental health services (supported living desirable). Empathy, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to lead others.
IT proficiency and confidence using organisational systems.

Support Worker, Senior Support Worker, Housing Support Officer, Recovery Worker, Key Worker, Social Care Worker, Mental Health Practitioner, Team Leader or any role where you have gained transferable skills in support, coordination, leadership or care.
