Care Assistants will provide personal care, companionship, and practical support to service users in the community. The role requires travel within the community and a caring, compassionate approach to helping individuals lead fulfilling lives.

• Travel within the community to provide care and support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
• Support mobility and independence
• Prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Help with domestic tasks such as cleaning and errands
• Maintain high standards of care and respect confidentiality

• Must be aged 18 or over
• Kind, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent care
• Willingness to travel within the community
• Reliability and ability to work set shifts on a rolling rota
• Previous care experience desirable but not essential (full training provided)
• £12.60 per hour
• Paid mileage
• Yearly MOT payment reimbursed (initial only, no repairs)
• Yearly care winter pack for drivers
• Full visits/calls paid (not minute-by-minute)
• Full-time hours and set shifts
• Comprehensive induction and ongoing training
