A prominent charity organization is seeking a Dementia Connector for a fixed term contract in the Swansea & Neath area. This role involves leading a project aimed at supporting individuals with Dementia and their families, ensuring the effective delivery of services and empowering local communities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by families dealing with Dementia.

This is a full-time position offering a salary range of £23,580 to £25,155 pro-rata.
