Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Swansea Community Integrated Therapies Service in the Swansea Bay University Health Board. This involves working in a variety of community-based settings across Swansea Bay. The post holder will need to adopt a flexible approach to work and participate in 7 day working rotas. The post holder should be able to demonstrate relevant experience of working in rehabilitation in the NHS and/or Social Care or community-based settings. The ability to travel independently between sites across the service is essential. The role will entail some administrative responsibilities, so good basic IT knowledge and/or understanding of healthcare IT systems is highly desirable.
You will be supported by qualified therapists and the clinical team leads.
