AboutThe Role
In this role, you’ll be supporting four individuals with learning disabilities, helping them lead active, fulfilling lives. Each person we support has access to their own vehicle, so a full UK driving licence is essential. The individuals you’ll support enjoy day trips, beach walks, local activities, and meals out. If you’re active and motivated to make a real difference, this could be the perfect role for you.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Administering medication
- Preparing meals and supporting with mealtimes
- Laundry and household cleaning
- Accompanying on shopping trips and running errands
- Supporting relationships with friends, family, and the local community
- Taking part in leisure activities such as swimming, cinema trips, and days out
- Advocating for residents’ needs, preferences, and choices
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Assisting with manual handling as required
- Providing digital (computer-based) administrative support as a key worker

Please Demonstrate The Following Experience On Your Application- Experience in care with knowledge of Positive Behavioural Support
- Strong initiative and teamwork skills
- Digital literacy and numeracy skills
- £24,531 FTE or £12.75 per hour
- Sleep-in rate: £62.64 per 8 hour shift
- Waking night rate: 20% enhancement from 11pm to 7am
- Enhanced DBS paid by us
- Social Care Wales registration fully reimbursed
