Pay£13.17 per hour, £20,547.43 annually
Hours25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the roleAs a Senior Tenancy Support Worker, you’ll work with service users to create person‑centred tenancy support plans, helping them maintain their homes and prevent homelessness. You will provide person‑centred support to our tenants, set up budget plans, understand and maximise their benefits entitlements, and support tenants to settle in their new homes. Work with tenants to build their resilience and enable their independence.
You’ll carry your own caseload, work flexibly in the community, and take a trauma‑informed approach. Maintaining accurate records within policies and legislation is also required.
You’ll be a compassionate, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to equality and inclusion.
Essential requirements include:
- Experience providing person‑centred services and working with vulnerable adults
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Strong IT skills and a full driving licence with access to a vehicle
- Ability to work flexibly and undergo an Enhanced DBS check

We welcome previous experience working as Customer Assistant, Hospitality, Volunteer, Housing, Care Worker, Home Care Assistant, Health Care Assistant, Home Carer, Social Care Worker, Mental Health Support Worker, Mental Health Care Worker, Complex Support Worker, Substance Misuse Worker, Community Support Worker, or Voluntary Worker.
