Head of Finance

A senior role with real influence, impact and leadership.

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, people‑focused Head of Finance to lead our Wales division. You’ll own divisional performance, strengthen financial control, and develop a high‑performing team — all while partnering closely with the Managing Director & Group Finance Director to drive operational excellence.

You’ll lead a team of Finance Business Partners and Management Accountants, shape strategy, and play a key role in embedding Oracle Net Suite as we modernise our systems and ways of working.

• Full financial operations for the Wales division
• Delivery of accurate, insightful management accounts
• Strong financial controls and process improvements
• Business partnering with senior leaders to drive performance
• Coaching, developing and empowering a talented finance team
• Building financial understanding across operational leaders
• Ensuring services hit payroll budgets and understand cost drivers

• Proven finance business partnering experience
• Strong leadership and people‑management credentials
• Ability to influence, challenge and collaborate at all levels
• Confidence translating complex data into clear, actionable insight
• A track record of improving processes and strengthening controls
