Assistant Coastal and Rivers Engineer

Pembrokeshire County Council’s Transport and Environment team is looking for a motivated Assistant Coastal and Rivers Engineer to join our innovative Coastal, Rivers and Drainage Team.

In this full time role, you’ll help assess, develop and deliver key schemes that support our responsibilities as a Flood Risk Management Authority. Expect to get involved in planning and development advice, flood prevention and mitigation projects, plus supporting SAB and SuDs development.

We’re proud of what the team has achieved and we’re continuing to build on that success. Experience in coastal, flood or drainage management is welcome, but what matters most is enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a problem solving mindset.
