Hours:

07:30 - 17:30 (Approx. 45 hours per week)
Rate: £350 - £400 per day (Dependent on Experience)

Overview:
We are recruiting for an NG Authorised Electrical Supervisor to support works on a live transmission infrastructure project at Swansea North. This role has been created to provide additional capacity and requires a candidate with proven experience working on National Grid projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical and M&E activities.
Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with National Grid procedures and project specifications.
Provide day-to-day oversight of contractors and site teams.
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards within a live substation environment.

* Monitor quality of installation and ensure works meet required technical standards.
Liaise with project management and engineering teams to ensure programme milestones are achieved.

Essential Requirements:

Current National Grid Authorisation (essential).
Demonstrable experience supervising works on National Grid projects.
Strong understanding of electrical installation and supervision within HV substation environments.
Ability to lead teams and maintain strict adherence to safety rules and permit systems.

Additional Information:

Site-based role within an operational infrastructure environment.
Contract position running through to June 2026.
Competitive day rate available depending on experience.
