Field Service Engineer (Engine Overhaul) Typically, this person will visit sites around the UK, with an aim of repairing and overhauling Diesel engines such as CAT, Deutz, Scania, Baudouin - Within this position, you could be away for a month at a time (maximum), with the average jobs lasting 2 weeks. My client are ideally looking for a someone who can also at times lead and mentor other engineers, therefore good communication for both internal staff and clients is essential with this role.

Works will be both land based engines and marine. HSB Technicals client is an established and well-regarded business entity. Duties and responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer (Engine Overhaul):
You will:
Liaise with the office to obtain workload / order spare parts / update on findings or delays Travel to site which could be anywhere across the UK Asses working environment and engage with customer in a polite and friendly manor Complete works covering repairs and engine overhauls of diesel engines land based or on board a vessel docked/dry-docked Complete report writing outlining job progress and any works completed When works completed, engine run up's and testing Qualifications and requirements for the (insert job title):
