Teacher Active are recruiting an experienced Independent Learning Skills Lecturer for a highly regarded site in the Swansea area.

We’re looking for passionate educators who can support learners in developing essential study skills, confidence, and independence to help them succeed in their education and future careers.

• Teaching qualification (PGCE / PCET or equivalent)
• Experience supporting learners with study skills, independent learning, or additional learning needs
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to motivate and engage learners from a variety of backgrounds
