• Providing one-to-one or small group support
• Assisting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting inclusion
• Helping create a stimulating learning environment
• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
• ALN experience is highly desirable
