Salary: Grade 6, Point 11 to Point 14, £28,142 to £29,540 per annum pro rata, £14.57 to £15.30 per hour.

Learning Coach (Mentor) – Maternity Leave Cover. Required March 2026. This position is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only (39 weeks per year).

• Provide maternity cover as a Grade 6 Learning Coach to support the learning of learners or groups of learners.
• Assist in providing general care, safety and welfare of learners.
• Support the Wellbeing Team in contributing to the school’s improvement and inclusive ethos.

• Well-organised and efficient person able to assist and support learning and welfare of learners.
• Commitment to helping all young people and staff to achieve their best; alignment with an inclusive ethos.
