Vetro Recruitment is currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Swansea on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different school environments while enjoying flexibility that suits your lifestyle.

About the Role

We work in partnership with a wide range of welcoming primary schools across Swansea, placing Teaching Assistants in supportive settings where they can thrive.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:

* Support class teachers with daily classroom activities

* Work with individual pupils or small groups as required

* Assist in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment

* Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and routines

* Provide general classroom support across mainstream and ALN settings (depending on experience)

Key Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

* Experience working with children in a school or similar setting

* A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A caring, patient, and adaptable attitude

* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

* References covering the last two years

* The Right to Work in the UK

Experience supporting ALN/SEN pupils is highly beneficial but not essential.
