Swansea University is looking for a strong operational leader who understands the HE environment, Admissions practices and supporting IT systems. The role will act as the key link between Admissions and IT, championing our Admissions systems, driving continuous improvements and ensuring our Admissions processes are efficient, compliant and fit for purpose. The role will also lead on system enhancements, gathering and prioritising requirements, and be able to deliver training to colleagues across the University on these systems.

The role will also oversee the smooth running of future student enquiry handling, selection interviews co-ordination as well as supporting with day‑to‑day Admissions processes.

The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 - A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
