Unqualified Teacher

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with several secondary schools across Swansea
, who require Unqualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors to provide cover for both planned and unplanned staff absences.

This role involves delivering pre-set lesson plans
, supervising students in the classroom, and ensuring that all behaviour management and safeguarding policies are followed at all times.

• Covering lessons using work provided by the school
• Supervising students and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Upholding high standards of behaviour and safeguarding

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Unqualified Teacher is desirable
