Pengelli Primary is situated in the village of Grovesend. It is a happy, caring, and inclusive small school at the heart of a growing community. The governing body seeks a motivational, experienced, enthusiastic and exemplary professional to work alongside the Headteacher, taking a lead role in managing and developing the school. The right candidate will have a proven track record, strategic planning skills, the ability to motivate and inspire a varied team of teachers, and will be an outstanding teaching practitioner holding high expectations for all pupils.
