£25,583 - £25,989 per year. The Community Equipment Service currently has a Temporary full-time vacancy for a Customer Services Officer (Temporary until 31 March 2026).

The Community Equipment Service plays a vital role in supporting timely hospital discharge by providing equipment to support patients/service users live safely in their own homes, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Purpose of Role.

As a Customer Services Officer, you will be interacting directly with service users and clinicians by telephone, electronically or face to face providing exceptional customer service to the people of Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.
