AboutThe Role
As Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing Au Vodka’s visual identity across marketing channels. Working closely with the wider Brand, Marketing, and Content teams, you’ll create eye-catching, on-brand designs that support launches, campaigns, partnerships, and always-on activity. You’ll be involved from concept through to delivery, helping ensure every output reflects Au Vodka’s premium positioning, bold personality, and high creative standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design high-impact creative assets across digital and print, including social media, paid ads, website visuals, email marketing, POS, OOH, and campaign collateral.
- Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing teams to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Support product launches, promotions, events, and partnerships with visually compelling design work.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring all outputs reflect Au Vodka’s visual identity and tone.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prepare artwork for both digital use and print production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contribute ideas and creative thinking to help elevate campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Minimum 2 years’ design experience (in‑house or agency), ideally within FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience designing for both digital and print.
- Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Experience designing for social‑first brands and performance marketing.
- Understanding of brand‑led marketing and campaign design.
- Interest or experience within spirits, beverage, or premium FMCG sectors.
- Highly creative with a strong visual eye.
- Passionate about branding, design, and marketing.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects from brief to delivery.
- A collaborative team player who communicates well with marketers and creatives.
