Site Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, busy commercial and residential contractor with a strong presence in the social housing sector. The company is well known for its high staff retention, supportive management, and collaborative working culture.

Due to continued growth, the contractor is seeking a Number 1 Site Manager to take full responsibility for a new build social housing development in Swansea.

This is a full project lead role, overseeing all on-site activities from start through to completion, ensuring the scheme is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high-quality standard.

Reporting directly to senior management, you will be the main point of contact on site.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Full responsibility for site management and delivery

* Managing subcontractors, labour, and materials

* Driving health, safety, quality, and programme performance

* Managing budgets and reporting progress

* Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams

* Ensuring compliance with building regulations and NHBC standards

* Maintaining site records and documentation
