Strong Recruitment Group are currently looking for an experienced Demolition Site Manager to join a market-leading civil engineering and demolition contractor working across South Wales.
The Role:- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Ensure a strong safety-first culture
- Manage programmes, resources and RAMS
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and stakeholders
- Proven demolition management experience
- SMSTS (CCDO Demolition Manager preferred)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Full UK Driving License
- £55k – £60k salary
- Company vehicle or car allowance
- Pension, life assurance & bonus
- 27 days annual leave
