As Business Services Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing a diverse client portfolio, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services to owner-managed businesses and SMEs. Working closely with Partners, you'll help shape strategy, drive growth, and mentor the next generation of talent, while maintaining strong client relationships and upholding the firm's reputation for excellence across accounts, tax, and business advisory services.

Key Responsibilities- Managing a varied portfolio of business services clients, including accounts preparation and advisory work
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of accountants and trainees
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser
- Supporting Partners with strategic planning, growth initiatives, and business development
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience at a senior level within a business services or general practice environment
- Must have a minimum of 7 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
