Renault Swansea seeks a Vehicle Smart Repairer to join our dealership’s workshop.
Our Smart Repairer role involves carrying out cosmetic repairs on motor vehicles to the highest standards whilst maintaining skilful and accurate first-time fixes, within set smart repair times and to the customers’ complete satisfaction.
Common services that you will be providing to customer vehicles include small- and medium-sized scratch, chip and scuff repair, and paintless dent removal.
You will also need to be able to identify additional faults to recommend for further repair according to guidelines set by the dealership and manufacturer factory standards.
Candidates should have a bodyshop or smart repair qualification, have their own hand tools and protective footwear as well as hold a full UK Driver’s license. Paint booth heat lamps, paint stock, consumables and PPE will be provided.
The hours for this job are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with 30-minute break for lunch. 40 hours per week.
In return we offer a £32,450 pa basic salary plus consistent monthly bonuses between £500 and £850 per month. OTE circa £43,800 pa.
