Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week working 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,910 to £28,600 depending on experience plus a performance related bonus.
- Managing all administrative processes relating to new and used vehicle sales
- Preparing and processing vehicle orders, invoices, registration documents and delivery paperwork
- Liaising with the sales team, finance providers, and external partners to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintaining accurate records in line with brand and FCA compliance standards
- Updating internal systems, stock records, and customer files
- Supporting the Sales Manager with reporting, stock checks and general administrative duties
- Ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and on time to support an exceptional customer experience
- Previous experience in a sales administration role (automotive experience highly desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can build positive working relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Proficiency with IT systems; experience with Kerridge/Keyloop is an advantage
- A proactive, team-focused approach with a commitment to high standards
