We’re looking for an organised, proactive Office & Facilities Manager to take ownership of our office environment and help create a workplace that is efficient, safe, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
This is a varied and hands‑on role where no two days are quite the same. From managing facilities and suppliers to supporting colleagues and delivering engaging workplace experiences, you’ll play a key role in shaping the day‑to‑day life of the office.
You’ll also take the lead on Health & Safety across the site, ensuring the office operates safely, remains compliant, and supports the wellbeing of everyone who works here.
If you enjoy solving problems, improving how things work, and creating a workplace people love coming into, this role will suit you perfectly.
What You’ll Do- Be the main contact for the office, managing vendors, contractors, and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate office layouts, seating plans, and workspace improvements
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and office equipment
- Lead Health & Safety, including compliance, risk assessments, and inductions
- Manage procurement, stock, and office budgets
- Support onboarding, internal communications, and colleague queries
- Plan and deliver staff events and engagement activities
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Facilities Manager, or similar role
- Strong Health & Safety experience in an office environment
- Excellent organisational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with office equipment
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
