, this role offers exactly that. You’ll join a well‑established Swansea office with a strong regional presence and a diverse client base. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of audit files, act as a key contact for clients, and play an important role in developing junior team members – all while continuing to progress towards Manager level. This is a role with genuine substance, not just a title change.

• Taking the lead on audit assignments, from initial planning through to final completion.
• Being the day‑to‑day contact for clients, answering questions and guiding them through the process.
• Reviewing audit files and supporting team members with technical and practical guidance.
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts in line with UK accounting standards.
• Spotting risk areas, resolving issues, and ensuring quality across all assignments.
• Helping to organise workloads, deadlines, and priorities across multiple engagements.
• Supporting and mentoring trainees and newly qualified staff.
• Working closely with senior leadership on larger and more complex assignments.

• Is ACA or ACCA qualified (or very close).
• Already has strong audit experience within practice.
